Тупой редирект это вообще жесть, тем более вполне возможно что рама смотрит куда идет редирект - и если ты еще не через TDS трафф провожал то запалил что на партнерку (м.б. у него есть база таких сайтов), используй лучше фрейм на вес пейдж через js, e.g.(немного лишнего кода убирать лень):
