Согласен. Главное чтоб донор был "хороший", а какой он тематики для позиций неважно. Придерживайтесь правила "тематика желательна, но не обязательна". Есть тематика - берите, нет - не парьтесь.

индексируются одинаково, в случае автоматического бана или фильтра санкции наложатся на домен второго уровня. если ручками, то могут и поддомены "прихватить"

с самим файлом разобрался, а что в нем писать если дамп базы в cp1251
где вы увидели не корректный роботс?

По идеи достаточно сделать только так (для всех пауков)

Например титл этой страницы <title>В каждой новости ключевик с одним словом.... - Форум о поисковых системах</title> жирным выделил постоянно повторяющиеся слова на всех страницах серча. Ничего в этом страшного нет
Никогда не парился с процентным соотношением ключей. Делайте тексты для людей и будет вам счастье.
