Malware abuse is addressed within the Domain Name Registration Agreement and the UTOS

... if that name is being used, as determined by Go Daddy in its sole discretion, in association with spam or morally objectionable activities. Morally objectionable activities will include, but not be limited to:

... activities prohibited by the laws of the United States and/or foreign territories in which You conduct business;

You acknowledge and agree that:

The above passage is located within Section 4 of the "Universal Term Of Service Agreement".

Because of this violation the domain name(s) and/or website(s) cannot remain at GoDaddy.
