Very interesting, Could you give me more details,
wich point of "4. GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT" broken by my websites ?

The main part of my domains contain only 1 page "Comming soon" I have not created any sites on it yet.
Other contain only text about IT and Computer news, this also legal.

So I do not see problem. What reason for block my domains?

Due to the nature of this situation your domains cannot remain active with Go Daddy. You will need to select one of the following two options to resolve this situation:

If you choose to transfer your domain names to another registrar, we first require that you pay a $75 administration fee. This fee is used to cover the costs Go Daddy has incurred in addressing this situation.


You will need to provide the following in your reply:

1. A statement that you will initiate the transfer of your domain names to a new registrar within the next 24 hours.

2. Authorization for GoDaddy.com to charge a $75 administration fee to the credit card on file for your account

NOTE: You may want to log into your Go Daddy account and confirm that the card on file is valid and has not expired. Due to the nature of the situation, the only payment methods accepted for this fee are credit card or PayPal.

Suspended domain names will not be released for transfer or into the registration pool until they expire and are redeemed by the registry.
