Вам нужно создать хидер и футер в Templates > Theme builder (при создании вы выберете соответствующие типы - header или footer).
Далее нужно установить любой из подходящих для вашей задачи плагинов, например https://docs.elementor.com/article/287-google-analytics

Вот так можно прописать где нибудь в стилях, чтобы убрать рамку со всех элементов, где она появляется при получении фокуса.
Стоит заметить что это так называемая "плохая практика", по хорошему если вы убираете рамку то нужно заморочиться на тему оформления элементов когда они получают фокус.

Можно предположить что стоит смотреть на странице виджетов, либо поискать по файлам темы.

Странно что на две страницы рекомендаций - всего одно упоминание woocommerce. ИМХО если это первый опыт, то тут важнее всего наличие информации. По wp/woocommerce уже все всё давно обсудили, все шаги расписаны и тд. Плюс - большое кол-во вполне приятных тем и полезных плагинов.
