Go Daddy's Abuse Department has received notice that your customer accounts may currently be operating in a manner

that violates Go Daddy's terms of service. Specifically your GoDaddy gift cards have been used in association with malware.

Malware abuse is addressed within the Domain Name Registration Agreement and the UTOS

The "Go Daddy Domain Name Registration Agreement" is located at the following URL:

The relevant portion of the agreement reads as follows:

... if that name is being used, as determined by Go Daddy in its sole discretion, in association with spam or

morally objectionable activities. Morally objectionable activities will include, but not be limited to:

... activities prohibited by the laws of the United States and/or foreign territories in which You conduct

business;

The relevant portion of the agreement reads as follows:

You acknowledge and agree that:

You will not use this Site or the Services found at this Site in a manner (as determined by Go Daddy in its

sole and absolute discretion) that:

Contains or installs any viruses, worms, bugs, Trojan horses or other code, files or programs designed

to, or capable of, disrupting, damaging or limiting the functionality of any software or hardware; or

The above passage is located within Section 4 of the "Universal Term Of Service Agreement".

Because of this violation the domain name(s) and/or website(s) cannot remain at GoDaddy.

The following option is presented to you and is Non negotiable: Transfer the domain names and serives to another

registrar.


You will need to provide the following in your reply:

1. A statement that you will initiate the transfer of your domain name to a new registrar within the next 24 hours.

*** once the domain name(s) and Services have been reactivated you will receive a reply to start the 24 hour

deadline. ***
