Просто меньше месяца в деле, не понимаю ещё на чём он. сайт - valum.pro
дочернюю тему - т.е. другую тему лучше ставить? При обновление что с темой произойдёт? Всё слетит?

Не особо я понимаю)) Сайт статичный вроде header(шапка)+страница(блог или раздел)+footer(нижняя часть). Шапка и нижняя на всех страницах одинаковая. site - valum.pro
