Сервер выбрал.
Про нагрузку на диск точно сказать не смогу,к сожалению.
Канала думаю будет достаточно 100 мбит/с.
Скорее всего нагрузка на диск и канал будет часто держаться средняя.
Бюджет 200-400$
Ядро 1.
Хорошо,тогда разберусь как-нибудь сам.

Выставил побольше worker_processes,vps легла напрочь :)
У меня там нет конфигов почему-то.

И две папочки, в которые не зайти.

В логе апача гора вот такого
