Задача все таже. Сделать редирект с страниц со слешем на без слеша
в исходнике они идут в одну строку....

htaccess в корне joomla но перенаправления не происходит без слеша. Думаю гдето в последних строках - прописано что-то, что не дает перенаправить

Первый вопрос тоже решен - при позиционировании нужно задать родителю z-index: положительный, ребенку - отрицательный.
