В конце процесса получил SEVERAL WEEKS - Смотрите внизу - жесть
И в чем жесть? Ну через месяц мб запустятся, в чем проблема? Говорили же к концу октября вроде.
Не понял, так что это значит:
"Физические лица смогут получать оплату только от компаний и смогут отправлять деньги только на свой собственный счет. "
"Вы также по-прежнему сможете использовать свою предоплаченную карту. "
Как это между собой коррелируеют, деньги можно будет с карты снять в банкомате?
