Что выполняет данный скрипт?

Подскажите пожалуйста, что данный скрипт делает и что мне сделать, чтобы он не появлялся?

Второй раз уже удаляю, а он появляется.

Если я правильно понимаю, то этот код должен где-то выводить ссылки, но не могу найти их
