LIVE! First .LGBT Internet Domain Name
February 6, 2015 -- The first .LGBT internet domain name to go live just launched on January 28, 2015 - ahead of the domain’s public launch on February 10, 2015.

LGBT diversity specialist Out Now Global has announced its activation of www.OutNow.LGBT – the world’s first site on the new .LGBT domain.

.LGBT is the first internet address created specifically for connecting with the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) communities. An internet namespace that is inclusive, .LGBT utilizes the preferred term LGBT itself as a clear way to indicate a site’s content is for the community. Since “LGBT” is the term most preferred by the community, .LGBT is the most inclusive internet address that resonates well across a diverse audience.

Out Now’s site was the first allocated .LGBT name to go live on the .LGBT domain. Out Now chose to premiere their .LGBT web address to release a free global workplace diversity report from their LGBT2020 research about the need for business to better look after their LGBT employees.
