Now we're looking for dedicated, responsible and proactive individual to join our Kiev office as Traffic Manager.

Requirements:

More than 1 year of experience in traffic management/media buying

Experience with different CPC, CPM, and CPA/CPS networks (Google AdWords and Facebook is a must)

Strong knowledge of analytic instruments (GAIQ will be a plus)

Good written English skills

Analytical mind, ability to learn fast

Strong desire to implement new ideas, result-oriented

Upbeat and positive personality

Good communication skills

Technical background will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

Research and launch of different traffic generating networks

Providing instructions for promo materials development

Tracking and improving conversion

Campaign optimization in order to achieve maximum efficiency

Purchase of traffic, evaluation of its quality.
