Регулярное выражение - удалить абзац с английским текстом. По количеству слов.

Помогите составить регулярку. Жирный текст нужно удалить. Думаю нужно делать поиск по количеству подряд идущих англ. слов.

Тут идет русский текст, описание на русском… И т.д.
