Непонятный редирект в htaccess

Люди умные, помогите разобраться с файлом .htaccess

Не понятная мне проблема. Пытаюсь установить "Целевой звонок" и поставил разметку ссылок openstat для подмены номера. При переходе с объявлений Яндекс.Директа ссылка принимает вид http://pgsexpert.ru/?_openstat-12312415 и сразу происходит переадресация на адрес http://pgsexpert.ru, что не позволяет подменить пользователю номер и зафиксировать посещение.
