Нарушение авторских и фильтр

Ну собсвенно сама тема вопроса возможно является причиной попадания под фильтр.

Вопросов имею 2:

1) Я удалил статью, что нарушала авторские, но плох в английском и не могу поставить грамматически правильную речь для обращения в форму.

2) Как выбраться из-под фильтра?

Проблема в том что мой конкурент имеет ниже pr и добавляет меньше новостей, копирует их позже. Однако мои же скопированные материалы на выскоих позициях, а я и вовсе под фильтром.
