Насчет 'webs' большие сомнения. Тут пусть более знающие люди подскажут, если это имеется в виду сайт, обычно пишут все таки website или site.

Вообще ощущение что это чуть-чуть корректированный автоперевод :(

т.к. многие прилагательные плохо связуются с существительными и не используются в таком виде.
