We are seeking a talented Customer support and SEO specialist with a great attitude. This person communicates and interacts with the public to gain and retain customers for the Video Recovering Services at http://restore.media

In this position, you will work directly with our clients as well as with social platforms, and work with a technical team remotely.

This position is focused on the customer support and requires superior communication abilities, both written and verbal.

We prefer the person being creative, maybe even an art type, who would think outside the box, and be proactive suggesting what should be done and reasonably argue their point of view or a proposal.

This is a full-time remote position.

Responsibilities include:

Understanding our Video Recovering Services in-depth

Coordinating with software technicians, technical support, and developers as needed

Track, troubleshoot and resolve reported issues

Solving such issues as problems with users’ registration etc.

Monitor social networks for related subjects or references to the Video Recovering Services

Analyze the user feedback and suggest improvements

Suggest a way to optimize the web site for search engines

Requirements include:

Intelligence, enthusiasm, and commitment

Ability to establish good working relationship with customers

Excellent written and spoken English

Solid troubleshooting ability

Ability to learn technical skills quickly

Coordination with developers to investigate and diagnose issues
