Job brief

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager (BDM) to help us expand*new Partnership Cooperations with PARTNERS: Affiliate Marketing Partners - Advertising Legal Organizations (CPA Network) and/or Individuals (Publishers) in Vietnam and overseas. You will be the front of the company and will have*the dedication to create and apply an effective strategy of Partnership.

The goal is to drive*sustainable Operations growth through boosting New Cooperation Agreements and forging strong relationships with Partners.

Responsibilities:

* Develop a growth strategy focused on Legal Partnership of 2 or more legal Entities or individuals in Vietnam and overseas

* Setup Cooperation with Sources of Sales Leads, Affiliate Partners and CPA Marketing Networks

* Work with Database of Potential Partners, provided by Company

* Cooperation processes ensuring adherence to law-established rules and Company’s guidelines

* Check records of Numbers: Sales leads

* Close new business Partnership Contracts by coordinating requirements; checking-negotiating and developing Contracts; integrating Contracts requirements with business operations

* Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential

* Develop entry level staff into valuable Person*(Build Own Team. Optional)

* Calculate and report own Income for confirmed Period

Requirements:

* Proven working*experience as a business development manager, marketing manager or a relevant role

* Proven sales track record

* Experience in troubleshooting, searching solutions for any business questions, abilities to find the ways to solve business tasks, neutralize difficulties in business operations processes

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Trello)

* Vietnamese and Russian language are welcomed, but not required

* Communication and negotiation*skills

* Ability to build relationships, find solutions, make decisions and realize that decisions with successful actions in real life

* Time management and planning skills

* Basic knowledge in business administration, Marketing, Sales *or relevant field

BDM Skills and Qualifications:

Closing Skills, Motivation for Setup Partnership, Self-motivated and Self-directed, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism, Self-Education

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary (1 Month)*:

* Starter: 15,000,000 VND ($700) - 20,000,000 VND ($900)

* Experienced: 60,000,000 VND ($2,800)- 120,000,000 VND ($5,300)

* TOP: 135,000,000 VND ($6,100) - start from

Payments calculated from first day of Probation Period in the case of Candidate will be provided with work: Become an Employee*

BONUSES:

We provide DAILY BONUSE with Daily, Weekly or Monthly Payments.

Amount: each product purchased by the clients of the Partner = 10,000 VND ($0,5).

EXAMPLE OF CALCULATIONS:

* Our current average volume of sales: 500 Orders/1 Day/1 Product

* Average number of products currently we selling: 8-21 Products

* 10,000 VND ($0,5) x 500 Orders = 5,000,000 VND ($250) - DAILY BONUS during Actual Cooperation with Partner (*)

* 5,000,000 VND ($250) x 30 days = 150,000,000 VND ($7,500) - Your Bonus for 1 Month.

* Lifetime Income 150,000,000 VND ($7,500) or just during 3-6 Months - depends on You and Your Partner.

* BDM can work with any number of Partners: 150 mill ($7,500) x 2,3,4 Partners...

* Company provide necessary resources-products for Advertising by Your Partner: 150 mill ($7,500) x 2,3,4 Products...

* We able to create and register unique product for Your Partner: unlimited number of orders in empty market. Yours unlimited instant income.

EXTRA BONUSES:

* 100% Legal Officially Employment (**)

The Interview Process:

* There will be 2 staged interview process

* Second stage: Review your own Planning of working processes

* After Plan Review: sign Basic NDA and Labour Contract

THE PROBATION PERIOD:

1 Day - 1 Week, May be extended (as desired by Candidates)

EDUCATION PROGRAM vs PROCESSES:

* 1 hour is total time for Successfully Complete Necessary Materials

* Company provide Materials for researching.

* Candidates can check Materials Independent or with Instructors

* Distance or in office

* At any appropriate time

* No any tests or examinations after Finish Program

* Possible to Start Work immediately after complete Program

* Company supporting with information and details about Material on the basis of List of Questions from Candidates.

The main Work Process of BDM is to Control supplying of Sales Orders from Partners and Increase the Volume of Orders. It is possible to perform Main work only if there is a Partner who will issue an Sales Order.
