A few days ago Google employee John Mueller explained that the ranking of strong fluctuations in the first year - it is a normal situation for the new sites. Search engine needs time to determine the position of the resource.
Such fluctuations are completely natural and not necessarily linked to any problems.
The question on the subject was raised during the last hangout for webmasters. It was a question about the site, which is 8 months. It is well ranked in Google until last month. Then the site has been made SEO-attack, during which the resource profile in the reference appeared in 1500 spamnyh links, and his position fell.
Now the site is impossible to find in the search results, and its owner wanted to know how to recover his position.
In response, Mueller noted that the site is still very young. In comparison with the history of the Internet 8 months - this is quite a short time. Therefore, Google's algorithms will likely still trying to figure out how to rank the site against all other content on the network. This process can take up to a year before the rating is equalized.
