Форма не отображается в IE

Здраствуйте. Подскажите пожалуйста решение. В остальных браузерах все ок, а вот даже новая версия ИЕ не отображает нормально форму.

Посмотрел в IE8. Зачем-то скачет ширина текстовых полей при фокусе, а так вроде - надписи есть, поля есть, кнопка есть... всё отображается - что именно ненормально? Сравнил с отображением в Chrome 28, конечно несколько более "красиво", но геометрически вроде бы всё +/- одинаково.
