Не поленился, проверил в тестовом режиме на регистрации нового домена в com.

Базовая цена - $10,87 c ICANN, Free WhoisGuard, со скидкой - $9,79

Трансфер com без скидки - $9,87, Free WhoisGuard, со скидкой - $8.97

По другим зонам не проверял.
