Новые правила показа рекламы для европейских пользователей

На сайте для пользователей из Великобритании с 14го числа просел CPM и соответственно доход в 2-2,5 раза. В панели Адсенес появилась надпись 

" We've detected an issue on your IAB TC string on one or more of your sites or apps. These errors may affect your ability to serve ads to European users. "

Выгружаю отчет об ошибках через панель и вижу что для некоторых блоков рекламы вылетает ошибка 2.1а 

Буду признателен за толковые советы от понимающих

Думаю видели, но все же

2.1aTag or SDK isn’t receiving a TC string due to CMP status being  stub , loading , or error .

If you're manually invoking the function to request ads, make sure the response to getTCData TCData.eventStatus = 'tcloaded ' OR 'cmpuishown' + 'useractioncomplete' . These indicate the CMP is ready to provide the user with a choice regarding consent.

If you’re not manually invoking the function to request ads, then work with your CMP to ensure they implement support for getTCData  and return TCData.eventStatus = 'tcloaded'  OR 'cmpuishown' + 'useractioncomplete'  to indicate the user consent is ready for use through the API.
